The NOURAND website has content that is free and open access and other content that can only be accessed by subscription. People who only access the free part of NOURAND are users, while those who can access all the content are subscribers.
The NOURAND subscription fee is indicated in euros. The fee must be paid at the time of subscription. If, for any reason, your payment method fails, the subscription cannot be completed. NOURAND reserves the right to change the fee at any time at its sole discretion, and any changes will take effect immediately upon publication.
The subscription fee gives you a license to access all Nourand content for a period of twelve months. This license does not grant you any ownership or intellectual property rights to the content you access or use.
It is possible to automate the renewal of the subscription, but to do so it is necessary to check the corresponding box at the time of subscription.
Once the subscription has been made, it is not possible to cancel it.
By subscribing to NOURAND you will be provided with username credentials to access your account which is non-transferable. Subscribers agree to protect their username credentials and not to share them with others or allow any unauthorized use.
If you do not wish to renew your subscription and for any reason you wish to be removed from our database, simply send us an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.

Collection and use of information
At NOURAND we collect two types of information: anonymous information and personally identifiable information.
The anonymous information we collect and store at NOURAND from both users and subscribers includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, the general physical location derived from them, browser types, search engines, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform/browser type, date/time stamp or number of clicks. As users, you can view the free information on our website without registering your name, e-mail address or any other personally identifiable information. Therefore, the anonymous information we collect from user visits is never linked to personal information. As a subscriber, if you view our website from your account, this anonymous information may be linked to personal information. However, anonymous information is only used in the aggregate to analyze trends, detect problems or gather demographic information, for example.
NOURAND also collects and stores anonymous information through anonymous questionnaires in the “Your experience” section. In this section, subscribers who wish to do so can provide completely anonymous information that is not linked to any personal information.
Personally identifiable information
NOURAND also collects and stores personally identifiable information from subscribers. When you subscribe to NOURAND you will be asked to provide certain personal information such as: your name, country of residence and email address.
All subscribers agree to provide complete, authentic and current information to NOURAND and guarantee that they are solely responsible for the information they provide.
This personal data may be used to send information. Subscribers agree to receive electronic communications including notices and documents of a legal, marketing, educational or informational nature.
NOURAND also collects personally identifiable information from subscribers in the “Your Experience” section. Subscribers must acknowledge and agree that the information they send to NOURAND by e-mail within the “Your Experience” section will be considered non-confidential. Subscribers are responsible for the information they share and must declare and guarantee that they have the legal right to use it. By sharing this information, you grant NOURAND a perpetual, international license to translate and display it, but only to other NOURAND subscribers and in no case will your email address be published. NOURAND reserves the right not to publish subscriber content at its sole and exclusive discretion. Subscribers’ personal data will not be shared with any third party outside NOURAND, unless legally required.
